SMM.RIP – Terms of Service & Usage Agreement

By accessing, registering, funding an account, or placing an order on https://www.smm.rip (“SMM.RIP”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all related rules described on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or any of its services.


1. General Acceptance

  • By creating an account, adding balance, or placing an order on SMM.RIP, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
  • These Terms apply to all users, including customers, resellers, affiliates, API users, and visitors.
  • SMM.RIP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

  • SMM.RIP provides social media marketing services through automated systems and third-party service providers.
  • Service descriptions, quantities, delivery speeds, and limitations are listed on each service page and must be reviewed before ordering.
  • All services are processed electronically and automatically once an order is placed.

3. Orders & User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for providing accurate links, usernames, quantities, and order details.
  • Orders placed with incorrect, invalid, private, removed, or changed links are not refundable.
  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed unless explicitly stated in the service description.
  • Placing multiple orders on the same link/profile before completion may result in delays, failures, or wasted balance and will not be refunded.

4. No Guarantees

SMM.RIP does not guarantee:

  • Permanent results
  • Zero drops
  • Account safety
  • Delivery speed
  • Platform stability

Additional notes:

  • All delivery times shown are estimates only.
  • Social media platforms frequently update their systems, which may cause delays, interruptions, or service instability.
  • SMM.RIP reserves the right to switch service types if required to complete an order.

5. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Balance added to SMM.RIP can only be used on SMM.RIP services.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued to account balance only, and only if:
    An order has not started
    An order is partially completed due to a service failure

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Drops
  • Delays
  • Removed or changed links
  • Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions

Once an order is placed, the user accepts these conditions without exception.


6. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to use SMM.RIP for:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Gambling, political, violent, hateful, or abusive material
  • Harassment, threats, or profanity
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or stolen payment methods
  • Spamming, abuse, or manipulation of the platform

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Balance confiscation
  • Legal action if necessary

7. Account Safety & Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
  • Sharing accounts, API keys, or access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Any abuse, exploitation, or attempt to compromise platform security may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Platform Liability

SMM.RIP is not responsible for:

  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Content removal or post deletions
  • Profile limitations or shadow bans
  • Any action taken by social media platforms

We only guarantee delivery of the quantity specified for each service, nothing more.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All user data is kept strictly confidential.
  • Order details may be shared with service providers solely for order fulfillment.
  • Data may be disclosed to legal authorities if required by law.
  • By registering, you agree to receive service-related notifications via email or SMS (you may opt out where applicable).

SMM.RIP complies with applicable Canadian data protection regulations, including PIPEDA, where applicable.


10. Communication

SMM.RIP may contact users for:

  • Service updates
  • Support requests
  • System notifications
  • Marketing messages (unless opted out)

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, software, systems, logos, and infrastructure on SMM.RIP are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12. Service Continuity

SMM.RIP reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Disable features temporarily or permanently
  • Close the platform without refunding balances

Account termination results in permanent data deletion with no right to compensation.


13. Fraud & Abuse

Any detected fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity may result in:

  • Immediate account closure
  • Balance confiscation
  • Possible legal action

Payments made using stolen or unauthorized funds will result in permanent bans.


14. API Usage

  • API access is provided for automation and integration purposes only.
  • Abuse, excessive requests, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access may result in immediate suspension or termination.
  • SMM.RIP does not guarantee API uptime, availability, accuracy, or compatibility.
  • API users remain fully responsible for all actions performed through their API credentials.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of SMM.RIP shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada, and users consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.


16. Compliance & Consumer Protection (Canada)

  • SMM.RIP operates as a digital service provider and does not offer guarantees of outcomes, performance, or platform behavior.
  • Users acknowledge that social media marketing services may involve inherent risks, including drops, delays, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, where such laws apply.
  • Where permitted by law, SMM.RIP’s liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the affected service.

17. Final Agreement

By using SMM.RIP, you confirm that:

  • You understand the risks involved in social media marketing services
  • You accept all policies without exception
  • You waive the right to disputes outside of SMM.RIP’s internal support system 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and SMM.RIP.
